Job Description:

As a key expert within the Business Services function, you won’t just manage administrative tasks—you’ll manage the digital and operational flow of the talent acquisition process on a global scale. Bridging time zones and driving efficiency: Working in the afternoon shift (13:00 – 22:00), you will serve as the vital link between our global regions, ensuring real-time support for our international stakeholders and candidates. You will oversee the candidate lifecycle, ensuring interview pipelines are seamless, data is spotless, and global scaling is supported by best-in-class technology and compliant processes.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage end-to-end interview scheduling across multiple time zones and stakeholders
  • Proactively resolve scheduling conflicts and last-minute changes
  • Track progress within the ATS, ensuring all records are up-to-date
  • Prepare and issue employment contracts and offer letters
  • Update and maintain candidate and new hire data within internal systems (e.g., Workday)
  • Act as the bridge between recruitment and HR
  • Regularly engage with TA Managers and People Business Partners to discuss hiring plans
  • Share insights and best practices to evolve hiring processes
  • Actively contribute to a positive, social team environment

Requirements:

  • BSc/MSc degree (Economics, Finance, or equivalent)
  • 1–3 years of proven experience in a Recruitment Operations or HR Coordination role, specifically managing complex interview schedules
  • Hands-on experience with ATS and HRIS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday) and proficiency in MS Office
  • Business language fluency in English with the ability to handle sensitive information with professional discretion
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and possessing the interpersonal skills to act as a bridge between candidates and managers in a fast-paced environment
