As a key expert within the Business Services function, you won’t just manage administrative tasks—you’ll manage the digital and operational flow of the talent acquisition process on a global scale. Bridging time zones and driving efficiency: Working in the afternoon shift (13:00 – 22:00), you will serve as the vital link between our global regions, ensuring real-time support for our international stakeholders and candidates. You will oversee the candidate lifecycle, ensuring interview pipelines are seamless, data is spotless, and global scaling is supported by best-in-class technology and compliant processes.
Job Responsibility:
Manage end-to-end interview scheduling across multiple time zones and stakeholders
Proactively resolve scheduling conflicts and last-minute changes
Track progress within the ATS, ensuring all records are up-to-date
Prepare and issue employment contracts and offer letters
Update and maintain candidate and new hire data within internal systems (e.g., Workday)
Act as the bridge between recruitment and HR
Regularly engage with TA Managers and People Business Partners to discuss hiring plans
Share insights and best practices to evolve hiring processes
Actively contribute to a positive, social team environment
Requirements:
BSc/MSc degree (Economics, Finance, or equivalent)
1–3 years of proven experience in a Recruitment Operations or HR Coordination role, specifically managing complex interview schedules
Hands-on experience with ATS and HRIS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday) and proficiency in MS Office
Business language fluency in English with the ability to handle sensitive information with professional discretion
Proactive, detail-oriented, and possessing the interpersonal skills to act as a bridge between candidates and managers in a fast-paced environment
