They are looking for a Talent Acquisition Operations Coordinator to join their People function and become a foundational part of this journey. In this role, you will manage the operational backbone of the recruitment function within a collaborative, supportive, and social international team. Shift Options: Standard Schedule (local business hours) or Afternoon Shift (13:00 – 22:00) bridging time zones.

Job Responsibility

  • Interview Coordination & Pipeline Orchestration: Manage end-to-end interview scheduling across multiple time zones, resolve conflicts, and track progress within the ATS
  • Pre-Onboarding & Data Administration: Prepare and issue employment contracts and offer letters. Update systems (Workday) with 'zero-error' precision and coordinate with HR for a successful first day
  • Team Engagement & Strategic Collaboration: Regularly engage with TA Managers and People Business Partners to optimize the pipeline and share best practices

Requirements

  • BSc/MSc degree (Economics, Finance, or equivalent)
  • 1–3 years of proven experience in a Recruitment Operations or HR Coordination role
  • Hands-on experience with ATS and HRIS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday) and proficiency in MS Office
  • Business language fluency in English
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and possessing strong interpersonal skills
