Job Responsibility:
Interview Coordination & Pipeline Orchestration: Manage end-to-end interview scheduling across multiple time zones, resolve conflicts, and track progress within the ATS
Pre-Onboarding & Data Administration: Prepare and issue employment contracts and offer letters. Update systems (Workday) with 'zero-error' precision and coordinate with HR for a successful first day
Team Engagement & Strategic Collaboration: Regularly engage with TA Managers and People Business Partners to optimize the pipeline and share best practices
Requirements:
BSc/MSc degree (Economics, Finance, or equivalent)
1–3 years of proven experience in a Recruitment Operations or HR Coordination role
Hands-on experience with ATS and HRIS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday) and proficiency in MS Office
Business language fluency in English
Proactive, detail-oriented, and possessing strong interpersonal skills
