Talent Acquisition Operations Analyst

• Review completed background investigations including social security number verification alerts
• federal, state, and county court information
• sex offender, child abuse, and other registry findings
• and motor vehicle records
• Conduct individualized assessments in accordance with company policy
• Conduct interviews with prospective and current employees related to background investigation findings
• Document all evaluation and interview notes
• Evaluate background investigation details and deliver adjudication recommendations
• Comply with all policies and procedures
• Maintain high level of accuracy and confidentiality while meeting service levels
• Assist with updating policies and procedures as requested

• Five (5) years of experience with corporate background investigation programs
• Excellent communication skills, interpersonal and written
• Must work on-site at least 3 days per week at specified location

Bachelor's degree or equivalent number of years of experience
