EMAsphere is a fast-growing Belgian SaaS scale-up providing financial reporting and performance management solutions for finance leaders. As we continue to expand, we are strengthening our HR team and looking for a Talent Acquisition Officer to support our growth. As a Medior Talent Acquisition Officer, you will play a key role in attracting top talent and supporting the structuring of internal career paths at EMAsphere. You will manage the full recruitment cycle for a variety of profiles (tech, sales, marketing, customer success…) and contribute to internal development initiatives. You will work closely with the HR Manager, benefit from continuous support, and have the space to bring new ideas, challenge existing practices, and help evolve our HR processes.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: briefing, sourcing, screening, interviews, scorecards, follow-up, and closing
  • Actively source candidates through LinkedIn, professional networks, and specialized channels
  • Write and publish job ads to maximize visibility
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience with proactive communication and high-quality feedback
  • Coordinate business cases and interactions with hiring managers
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for key roles
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives: events, campaigns, schools, job fairs…
  • Support the design and implementation of internal career paths
  • Contribute to skills matrices and seniority level frameworks
  • Promote internal mobility and support employees in their development and progression

Requirements

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally in a SaaS or tech environment
  • Proven experience managing the full recruitment process
  • Strong autonomy, ability to prioritize, and capacity to handle multiple recruitments simultaneously
  • Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical mindset with a good understanding of business needs across different teams
  • Fluent in French, Dutch and English
  • Proactive, flexible, and eager to contribute to a fast-growing company
