Job Description

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Officer to be responsible for attracting and recruiting the best talent, by acting as a trusted partner for the business, offer appropriate and innovative solutions to meet their needs and ensure a positive candidate experience while promoting the company's image.

  • seek solutions to the business's needs, respond to and anticipate their requirements, and find the most suitable candidates
  • develop a sourcing approach using recruitment platforms and your own network
  • devise alternative solutions in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition Manager and Learning & Development colleagues
  • participate in job fairs and other recruitment events and suggest improvements
  • take your role as ambassador of the company to heart and ensure a friendly, pleasant, and valuable candidate experience
  • report to the Talent Acquisition Manager

Requirements

  • Have a master's degree with a focus on HR or a bachelor's degree with solid experience in a company
  • 5-8 years of demonstrable experience in Talent Acquisition
  • specialization in technical, financial, and engineering profiles
  • experience in a technical sector
  • familiarity with IT tools and quickly learn internal tools
  • use common sense and judgment to assess candidates' skills and understand an assessment report
  • methodical and meticulous with good planning skills
  • results- and customer-oriented, assertive, and have good communication skills
  • creative with a flair for innovation and change
  • able to work both in a team and independently
  • fluency in English
  • fluency in Dutch and/or French
