Talent Acquisition Officer

• Driving recruitment activities over a set timeframe, adapting to the evolving needs of the organisation

• Proficient in managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from requisition creation and advertising to interviewing, assessment, and onboarding
• Strong ability to identify and engage high-quality candidates through various sourcing techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive relationships with hiring managers, candidates, external providers and internal teams
• Experience administering recruitment platforms
• Ability to work effectively within a People and Culture team, supporting broader HR functions and initiatives
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines
