As an integral member of our large and dynamic Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities while providing strategic support to our broader international Recruitment function.
Job Responsibility
Proactively engaging qualified candidates through social media platforms and a broad range of job boards, leveraging market insight to attract top talent
Conducting structured face-to-face and telephone interviews, ensuring a rigorous, consistent, and professional candidate assessment process
Managing the publication of job vacancies across local and international channels in compliance with internal standards and branding guidelines
Performing comprehensive screening and evaluation of incoming applications against pre-defined role requirements and competency frameworks
Maintaining and updating the database with accuracy, ensuring full data integrity and compliance with applicable data protection regulations
Collaborating closely with TA/People counterparts across international offices, fostering effective communication and alignment on cross-border recruitment initiatives
Providing structured administrative support to ensure the seamless day-to-day operation of the recruitment function
Requirements
A first proven professional experience in a Recruiter capacity, either within a recruitment agency or an in-house HR function, with preference given to candidates with exposure to the Financial Services or Professional Services sectors
A solid understanding of the local labour market, including awareness of relevant employment legislation, talent trends, and the competitive landscape
Full professional proficiency in English
knowledge of additional languages will be considered a distinct advantage
Demonstrable proficiency in Microsoft Windows and the MS Office suite
Excellent interpersonal, stakeholder management and communication skills, underpinned by a collaborative mindset and a strong sense of team cohesion
The ability to manage competing priorities with a high degree of autonomy, while consistently upholding rigorous standards of accuracy and attention to detail
Nice to have
