Airswift is currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Officer to work with an EPC Company based in Portugal. In a context of strong growth in our IT activities, you will play a key role in strengthening our development teams in Portugal. Your primary responsibility is to attract and recruit top IT talent for Byte?it, acting as a real business partner to technical teams and delivering pragmatic, effective recruitment solutions. You will help build a strong talent pipeline, ensure an excellent candidate experience, and promote employer brand in the IT community.
Job Responsibility:
Lead end?to?end IT recruitments for the Digital Hub in Portugal
Develop and implement direct sourcing strategies to identify and attract IT talent in a competitive market
Maintain and expand a network of partner agencies, ensuring effective collaboration
Build and nurture a continuous pipeline of qualified candidates
Identify and implement process improvements (“quick wins”) to enhance recruitment efficiency and speed
Actively contribute to promoting employer brand among IT professionals
Continuously improve recruitment practices, balancing quality with execution speed
Collaborate closely with: Business teams and IT managers
A Talent Acquisition Officer based in Belgium
A Talent Acquisition Officer based locally in Portugal
Deliver a positive, professional, and high?quality candidate experience aligned with standards
Requirements:
Master’s degree in HR or a Bachelor’s degree with significant recruitment experience
Several years of experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally focused on IT profiles
Strong expertise in direct sourcing and proactive candidate outreach
Comfortable working in a fast?paced, results?driven environment
Pragmatic approach, combining quality with operational efficiency
High proficiency with recruitment tools and ATS systems
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work autonomously while maintaining close collaboration with internal stakeholders
Fluent in English and native-level proficiency in French or Dutch
Familiarity with recruitment tools and ATS systems
Fluent in English
