As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you aren't just managing a process; you are a key driver of our continued hiring success. You will lead a team of TA partners, ensuring we hire with quality, speed, and that special Instabee spark. You report to our Chief People & Culture Officer and will play a vital role in making sure our talent pipeline is as efficient —and as tech-forward—as our last-mile delivery.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead a team of TA partners, ensuring we hire with quality, speed, and that special Instabee spark
  • Manage, coach, and develop a team of 2 TA Partners
  • Champion a modern TA approach, leveraging automation, AI-driven sourcing tools, and sleek workflows
  • Use proven track record to influence business decisions, workforce planning, and organizational design
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for key strategic roles
  • Balance the scales between massive operational scale-ups and niche specialist hiring
  • Fine-tune our recruitment engine, identify bottlenecks in the funnel and fix them
  • Partner with Communications & Design teams to ensure Employer Brand is as iconic as our parcel lockers
  • Act as a trusted advisor to Hiring Managers, challenge them when needed and guide them through the 'Instabee way' of hiring

Requirements:

  • 7+ years in Talent Acquisition, with proven track record from leadership or lead role, preferably from a fast-paced scale-up or tech environment
  • Growth Mindset: You don't settle for good enough
  • Data-Informed: You use data to tell a story and to make informed decisions
  • The Instabee Spirit: humble, hardworking, and possess a 'nothing is impossible' attitude
  • Communication: Fluent in English (Swedish is a big plus)
