As a Talent Acquisition Manager at Westwing, you will play a key role in strengthening our talent pipeline, elevating hiring quality, speed, and candidate experience. In this hands-on and impact-driven role, you will balance full-cycle recruiting with strategic initiatives that contribute to our vision of becoming the Superbrand in Design. Your focus will span from our store positions to corporate HQ functions, where you will directly influence our ability to attract and hire outstanding talent. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across People & Culture and various business functions like Stores & Partner Channels, acting with ownership, pace, and a strong customer mindset to ensure a seamless, premium recruiting journey. This position is unlimited and based in Munich.
Job Responsibility
Own and drive the end-to-end recruitment across departments and different seniority levels, while ensuring a state-of-the-art candidate experience
Take full responsibility for the talent acquisition needs of our new Stores & Partner Channels business unit, acting as their key talent partner
Actively contribute to strategic TA initiatives and OKRs to elevate our recruiting setup, driving funnel quality and raising the talent bar
Drive operational excellence and process hygiene by leveraging GenAI for efficient, structured, and scalable workflows
Mentor and support more junior team members, sharing best practices, onboarding new peers, and fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment
Requirements
3+ years of recruiting experience within a dynamic, fast-paced environment, paired with a deep understanding of and passion for People & Culture, Employer Branding expertise is a plus
A hands-on, delivery-focused approach driven by a strategic growth mindset, thriving in fast-moving environments, owning your results, and maintaining high quality even at scale
Strong communication skills and a confident, engaging approach toward candidates and hiring managers
fluency in English is required, German is a strong plus
A collaborative spirit paired with a structured, detail-oriented, and independent working style to keep processes clean, organised, and scalable
A strong affinity for data, tools, and process improvements, including the use of AI, paired with openness to testing new ideas, acting fast, and contributing fresh perspectives
