We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager who continuously seeks out top talent, builds a compelling employment brand, and creates a strong candidate and employee experience. You’ll lead Resonate’s talent acquisition efforts, partnering closely with hiring managers and the VP of Human Resources to ensure a seamless, effective recruitment process. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong sourcing instincts with relationship-building skills and a high level of ownership.
Job Responsibility:
Investigate and determine employee hiring needs
Develop sustainable talent acquisition and hiring plans and strategies
Design, plan, and execute employer branding initiatives
Encourage employees to act as brand ambassadors
Source and identify candidates qualified for open positions
Analyze hiring needs and provide hiring forecasts
Design, plan, and execute selection processes, including screening calls and interviews
Review employment applications and background check reports
Identify bottlenecks in the recruiting process and recommend improvements
Plan and implement procedures to enhance the candidate experience
Recommend strategies to improve employee retention
Lead, oversee, and support members of the recruiting team
Use targeted sourcing methods for hard-to-fill roles
Attend career fairs, college fairs, and similar events as needed
Requirements:
5+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager
Demonstrated experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employer branding
Hands-on experience posting jobs on social media and job boards
Experience with Greenhouse, Paylocity, and sourcing/recruitment marketing tools
In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques
Familiarity with a variety of selection methods (interviews, assignments, etc.)
