We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team in Blacklick, Ohio. In this role, you will oversee high-volume recruitment efforts, develop candidate pipelines, and ensure a seamless hiring experience for all applicants. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in talent acquisition strategies and possess strong leadership capabilities to guide a team of coordinators.
Job Responsibility:
Lead and execute full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
Develop and maintain a robust candidate pipeline to meet high-volume hiring needs
Manage job postings across multiple platforms to attract top talent
Collaborate with internal teams to align recruitment strategies with organizational goals
Ensure exceptional candidate experiences throughout the hiring process
Supervise and mentor a team of talent acquisition coordinators to achieve recruitment objectives
Utilize applicant tracking systems to streamline hiring operations and track recruitment metrics
Prepare and present reports on recruitment strategies and outcomes to leadership
Identify and implement innovative sourcing techniques to enhance talent acquisition efforts
Requirements:
Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing and onboarding
Strong background in high-volume recruitment within corporate environments
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies
Demonstrated ability to develop effective talent pipelines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders
Leadership experience, including managing and mentoring teams
Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
