Job Description

We are expanding our Talent Acquisition team and are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to support our next phase of growth. In this role, you will play a key part in building YesWeHack’s future by attracting, assessing, and hiring top-tier talent across multiple regions (France, EU, APAC, US). You will own end-to-end recruitment processes and act as a trusted partner to hiring managers, while reporting directly to our Talent Acquisition Director. Your mission: hire exceptional people while ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.

Job Responsibility

  • Design and execute innovative recruitment strategies aligned with YesWeHack’s growth objectives
  • Proactively source and engage high-quality candidates using a wide range of channels and methodologies
  • Own and continuously optimize recruitment processes through (ATS), ensuring efficiency, consistency, and compliance
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with universities, job boards, and external talent ecosystems
  • Deliver a seamless, engaging, and professional candidate experience that reflects YesWeHack’s values and culture
  • Implement and maintain mechanisms to collect, analyze, and leverage candidate feedback to continuously improve the hiring journey
  • Act as a strategic business partner to hiring managers: understand workforce needs, co-create job descriptions, define scorecards, and advise on hiring decisions
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to align employer branding initiatives with YesWeHack’s global brand and positioning
  • Establish structured feedback loops with hiring managers to improve hiring effectiveness and time-to-hire
  • Train and coach internal stakeholders on best practices in recruitment and interviewing

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally within a fast-growing tech and/or SaaS environment across Tech and Support Functions (Sales, CSM, etc)
  • Business Partner mindset: Strong ability to advise, challenge, and support hiring managers as a true partner
  • Languages: Full professional proficiency in English and French, written and spoken
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey clarity, structure, and enthusiasm
  • Interpersonal skills: Proven ability to build trusted relationships through consistent, high-quality engagement
  • Mindset: Strong interest in people topics, a growth-oriented and entrepreneurial mindset, and comfort operating in a scaling environment
  • Organization & rigor: Highly structured, methodical, and reliable in execution
  • Attention to detail: Sharp eye for quality, consistency, and continuous improvement
