This position is responsible for bringing operational excellence to the North American Talent Acquisition team. The role involves leading a team of recruiters, managing business relationships, driving operational effectiveness, and strengthening the employer brand to create a consistent candidate experience.
Job Responsibility:
Lead, coach and develop a team of recruiters to own and drive an efficient hiring process
Manage key business relationships
partner effectively with business leaders and functional teams
Drive operational effectiveness by owning and advising key Talent Acquisition processes
Foster an environment that is collaborative, supportive, and connected
Lead any Talent Acquisition projects that shape the future of the HR operational model
Create a culture of performance through operational efficiencies and demand management
Strengthen employer brand proposition
Establishes and continuously develops networks through industry contacts
Inform and report to business leaders on the progress of key recruitment initiatives and hiring metrics
Managing agency relationships and contract negotiations
Requirements:
Minimum 10 years' experience in Talent Acquisition
Prior leadership experience with direct reports
Excellent project management skills across both the design and implementation of large-scale recruiting projects
Strong reliance on data driven decision making
Passion for the employee experience through organizational effectiveness
Bachelor’s degree Preferred
Professional Human Resources Certification a plus, PHR, SHRM-CP
