Four Seasons Hotel Westlake Village is seeking a passionate Talent Acquisition Manager to drive hiring success across the property and bring our people‑first culture to life. This role builds and leads exciting Talent Acquisition strategies, delivers impactful recruitment learning and development, and partners closely with Hiring Managers to coach and elevate hiring experiences.
Job Responsibility
Develop and execute innovative recruiting strategies aligned to the Talent Acquisition roadmap to attract diverse, high-quality active and passive candidates
Manage full-cycle recruitment for all roles, including critical and confidential leadership positions, from sourcing and screening through offer negotiation and onboarding
Leverage Workday and other tools to maintain accurate candidate pipelines, track recruiting activity, and ensure data integrity
Build and sustain strong partnerships with hiring managers, HR leaders, universities/colleges, and external vendors to support current and future hiring needs
Drive sourcing initiatives across multiple channels (referrals, social media, job boards, networking events, and partnerships) to optimize candidate flow and reduce time-to-fill
Monitor talent acquisition metrics, deliver reporting and insights, and coach team members to improve performance, candidate experience, and hiring outcomes
Champion employer branding and ensure an exceptional candidate experience while supporting talent planning, workforce forecasting, and compliance with hiring policies and employment laws.
Requirements
Bachelors degree preferred
5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition
Excellent computer skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook
Experience in Hotels/Hospitality preferred
Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language
Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States.
