This role is pivotal in overseeing full-cycle recruiting across various functions, including supply chain, technology, finance, and operations. The ideal candidate will excel in developing strategic hiring initiatives, optimizing recruitment processes, and delivering measurable talent outcomes.
Job Responsibility:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for exempt-level positions across multiple departments, ensuring timely and effective hiring results
Collaborate with HR and business leaders to align hiring strategies with organizational goals and workforce planning needs
Develop and implement sourcing plans using diverse channels such as job boards, industry networks, and proactive outreach
Standardize screening, interviewing, and selection processes to identify candidates who meet technical, leadership, and cultural fit requirements
Lead offer negotiations in partnership with HR leadership to secure top talent within established guidelines
Optimize applicant tracking system workflows, templates, and governance while ensuring user adoption through training and documentation
Analyze recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill and diversity data, to deliver actionable insights and improve talent acquisition strategies
Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies, maintaining audit-ready records and protecting candidate confidentiality
Stay up-to-date on market trends and translate insights into innovative sourcing and selection strategies
Partner with IT and vendors to address system issues and implement enhancements that streamline recruitment operations
Requirements:
A minimum of 7 years of experience in talent acquisition or related fields
Expertise in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding
Proven ability to manage applicant tracking systems and optimize recruitment workflows
Strong analytical skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting
Experience in workforce planning and collaborating with cross-functional teams
Knowledge of employment laws and best practices to ensure compliant hiring processes
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
Familiarity with recruiting for diverse functions such as technology, finance, and operations
