Job Responsibility
End-to-End Delivery: Drive the full-lifecycle recruitment ecosystem for diverse commercial, corporate, and operational tracks across the organization's strategic divisions
Strategic Pipeline Architecture: Proactively build, cultivate, and maintain diverse talent pools utilizing cutting-edge sourcing techniques and professional networks
Business Partnership: Act as a reliable talent advisor to Senior Directors and Hiring Managers, aligning hiring strategies with direct commercial needs and corporate culture
Employer Branding: Participate in targeted local and regional employer branding initiatives, university events, and career days to elevate the group's market presence
Data-Driven Tracking: Track, interpret, and leverage recruitment data analytics and time-to-hire metrics to optimize the sourcing matrix
Requirements
Minimum of 5+ years of dedicated TA experience, ideally within an FMCG, premium retail, or fast-paced multinational ecosystem
Stakeholder Management: Navigating and advising senior multinational leadership
Talent Sourcing: Expert utilization of LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced search strings
Data-Driven Recruitment: Tracking and optimizing time-to-hire and sourcing analytics
Employer Branding: Executing recruitment and market-positioning initiatives
Competency-Based Interviewing: High-level candidate assessment and cultural fit evaluation
