A respected Lehigh Valley organization has engaged Robert Half to identify a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead full‑cycle recruiting for professional roles. You’ll partner with hiring managers, drive sourcing strategies, and improve recruiting processes and candidate experience.
Job Responsibility:
Lead full‑cycle recruitment: intake, sourcing, screening, interview management, offers
Build diverse pipelines via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and targeted outreach
Advise hiring managers on market data, interview structure, and selection best practices
Track and report recruiting metrics (time‑to‑fill, funnel conversion, DEI)
Optimize ATS workflows and candidate communications
ensure a positive candidate journey
Manage vendor relationships (job boards, agencies, assessments) as needed
Requirements:
4–6+ years of recruiting experience
prior lead/manager experience preferred
Strong sourcing and market research skills
LinkedIn Recruiter experience a plus
Proficiency with an ATS (iCIMS, Greenhouse, Workday, Lever, or similar)
Excellent stakeholder management and candidate advocacy
