Mission Aviation Fellowship (MAF) is looking for an experienced and people-focused Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment strategy and operations, ensuring we attract, appoint and retain exceptional talent in the UK and overseas. Job Responsibility:
Drive recruitment operations for both UK and overseas staff
Oversee all recruitment activity through the UK office
Own and manage the Applicant Tracking System
Lead UK hiring
Design robust, personable selection processes
Drive recruitment campaigns and hiring events
Refine assessment frameworks and monitor recruitment metrics
Line manage and develop the Talent Acquisition Officer
Manage recruitment budgets
Build strong partnerships internally and externally
Create and deliver annual international recruitment action and promotional plans
Lead proactive digital acquisition activity, including LinkedIn outreach
Train and coach UK managers in effective recruitment and selection techniques
Collaborate with MAF International and contribute to global recruitment initiatives
Ensure legal compliance throughout the recruitment process
Represent us at events
Requirements:
Experience at a managerial level for talent acquisition
Experience delivering a best-in-class candidate experience
Experience designing, implementing, and delivering successful projects
Experience using and managing applicant tracking systems
Experience controlling budgets
Experience conducting interviews
Experience preparing and delivering recruitment training
A good understanding of recruitment-related employment law, compliance, and GDPR
To be educated to a degree or equivalent level
A full, valid driving licence and willingness to travel in the UK
