Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Manager at NTT DATA will lead the recruitment function, focusing on critical roles in IT Services. The role requires strong experience in B2B Sales recruitment and effective stakeholder management. Candidates should have 5-7 years of TA experience, including leadership roles, and possess strong English communication skills. Job Responsibility

  • Lead and manage the Talent Acquisition function, directly handle critical and senior roles, including B2B Sales in IT Services—and provide market insights to support workforce planning
  • Manage end-to-end hiring for critical, senior, niche, and urgent roles, including B2B Sales for IT Services, Application Development, Digital Transformation, and Outsourcing/Offshore models
  • Evaluate Sales candidates on hunting capability, pipeline and territory management, quota achievements, consultative selling ability, and understanding of IT services
  • Manage candidate experience and oversee offer strategy and negotiation aligned with NTT DATA Vietnam’s compensation practices
  • Lead, coach, and develop the TA team
  • Set and monitor recruitment KPIs and ensure delivery
  • Improve processes and candidate experience in collaboration with HRBPs and Hiring Managers
  • Provide insights on talent supply, salary benchmarks, and competition
  • Advice on hiring feasibility, compensation competitiveness, and TA strategies aligned with business needs
  • Support employer branding activities, recruitment campaigns, and social content
  • Participate in university relations, job fairs, and events to build talent pipeline
  • Deliver regular hiring reports to HR Director and APAC TA Manager
  • Manage recruitment cost efficiency and ensure compliance with data privacy standards

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of TA experience, including 2–3 years in leadership
  • Strong experience hiring senior/technical roles in IT
  • Effective stakeholder management and understanding of local talent markets
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Proven experience recruiting B2B Sales roles for IT Services and Application Services
  • Ability to assess Sales competencies (pipeline management, quota history, hunting capability, consultative selling, technical understanding)
  • Knowledge of IT Sales compensation structures
  • Strong network across IT vendors, SIs, consulting firms, and cloud providers
  • Ability to advise on Sales hiring strategies for regional markets

Experience in Employer Branding, TA Marketing, ATS/HRIS, or recruitment analytics
