Job Description:

Reporting to the Regional Head of Talent Acquisition. Your focus will be on efficiently attracting high-quality talent, utilizing innovative, data-driven approaches to streamline the application and onboarding process and support organizational expansion.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the complete recruitment life cycle for technical and corporate roles, covering sourcing, assessment, offer management, and onboarding (including permanent, contract, and intern hires)
  • Manage and guide the local recruiting team, ensuring deliverables are met efficiently and effectively against established service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Proactively build and maintain strong talent pipelines by engaging with qualified active and passive candidates
  • Oversee local recruitment data and analytics, including reporting and data governance, to drive insights and continuous improvement
  • Manage HR vendor relationships, including recruitment agencies and partners
  • Act as the organization's Brand Ambassador, effectively representing our mission and values to the external talent market
  • Spearhead talent outreach and campus programs, such as career fairs, industry projects, student talks, and facility visits
  • Execute recruitment marketing and employer branding campaigns in alignment with organizational guidelines and work plans

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or an equivalent and relevant discipline
  • At least 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and/or HR Generalist roles
  • Great understanding of Singapore employment legislation and established HR best practices
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, paired with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders effectively. Able to demonstrate a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
  • Highly detail-oriented and possessing the abilities required to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
