We’re looking for a high-energy, relationship-driven Talent Acquisition Manager (Recruiter) who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments and is passionate about finding and closing top-tier talent. In this role, you'll own full-cycle recruiting for all roles, acting as a true partner to hiring managers and a champion of candidate experience. Job Responsibility:

  • Sourcing & Pipeline Building: Proactively source and engage passive technical candidates using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and Gem
  • Build and maintain pipelines of top engineering talent to support both current and future hiring needs
  • Leverage creative and data-informed sourcing strategies to proactively uncover and engage a diverse pool of top-tier talent
  • Process Optimization: Embrace a mindset of continuous iteration, regularly evaluating and refining recruitment processes to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and candidate experience
  • Recruiting & Candidate Management: Own the end-to-end recruiting process for various roles
  • Act as a strategic partner to Hiring Managers by driving kickoff and calibration meetings to define role requirements, align on candidate expectations, and architect effective interview strategies
  • Navigate evolving hiring needs and shifting candidate profiles by working closely with hiring teams to adapt recruiting strategies in real time
  • Conduct in-depth interviews to assess technical and cultural fit, present qualified candidates to hiring managers, and facilitate a seamless interview process
  • Communicate our mission, values, and growth story to inspire and attract top talent
  • Ensure a high-quality candidate experience with timely updates, transparent feedback, and thoughtful communication
  • Track pipeline activity and maintain accurate records in our ATS
  • Report on key hiring metrics to help improve process efficiency and transparency
  • Collaboration & Onboarding Support: Partner with various departments to ensure smooth transitions from offer to onboarding
  • Assist with coordinating new hire onboarding activities specific to engineering roles

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in recruiting
  • Previous experience working in a hyper growth SaaS company (required)
  • Working knowledge of ATS platforms (Greenhouse) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem)
  • Proactive Ownership: Takes initiative without waiting to be asked, anticipates needs, and drives action
  • Influence & Persuasion: Builds alignment and momentum across stakeholders to move processes ahead
  • Highly Organized & Efficient: Strong time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple open roles, hiring processes, and competing priorities without dropping the ball
