Travel + Leisure is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment strategy and delivery across the Middle East and other supported regions. This role will play a key part in attracting top talent, strengthening our employer brand, and building high-performing teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and deliver a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned to business needs
Lead end-to-end recruitment for key roles, ensuring an efficient and positive candidate experience
Partner closely with hiring managers on workforce planning and hiring strategies
Manage, coach, and develop the Talent Acquisition team to drive high performance
Track recruitment metrics and reporting to inform decisions and continuous improvement
Lead employer branding and talent attraction initiatives, working with Marketing and Communications on social media, career fairs, and university partnerships
Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for critical roles across the region
Ensure recruitment practices comply with company policies and local labor laws
Provide recruitment support and strategic guidance across the Middle East while maintaining global consistency
Support wider HR initiatives and deputise for senior team members when required
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 5 years’ experience in talent acquisition, including at least 2 years in a people leadership role
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, employment law, and compliance
Proven experience in employer branding, social media recruitment, and talent marketing
Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and recruitment technology
Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to thrive and lead in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Strong Microsoft Office 365 skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
