Job Responsibility

Lead the complete recruitment life cycle for technical and corporate roles, covering sourcing, assessment, offer management, and onboarding (including permanent, contract, and intern hires)
Manage and guide the local recruiting team, ensuring deliverables are met efficiently and effectively against established service level agreements (SLAs)
Proactively build and maintain strong talent pipelines by engaging with qualified active and passive candidates
Oversee local recruitment data and analytics, including reporting and data governance, to drive insights and continuous improvement
Manage HR vendor relationships, including recruitment agencies and partners
Act as the organization's Brand Ambassador, effectively representing our mission and values to the external talent market
