At the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), we are always on the lookout for top talent to strengthen our dynamic team. We are now seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our talent acquisition strategy, build exceptional teams, and drive innovative recruitment practices across our organisation. This is a Hybrid role, with at least 1-2 days per week at our London Office.
Job Responsibility:
Create and build a forward-thinking talent acquisition strategy aligned with our People Strategy
Lead a talented team of Talent Acquisition Officers, providing coaching and development support
Partner strategically with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to modernise our approach to attracting and hiring talent
Oversee end-to-end recruitment campaigns, ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout
Lead employer branding and outreach initiatives, strengthening HCPC's reputation as an employer of choice
Drive inclusive, data-driven recruitment practices, leveraging technology and generative AI to streamline processes
Manage recruitment metrics and provide strategic insights to the Executive Leadership Team
Tackle hard-to-fill roles through innovative sourcing strategies and market insight
Requirements:
Solid talent acquisition experience with full-cycle recruiting expertise
Excellent communication skills and ability to present effectively to varied audiences
Proven experience in line management, developing and leading teams
Ability to establish credibility with senior leadership and influence talent strategies
Strong knowledge of employment law and recruitment best practices
Educated to degree level or equivalent, with CIPD Level 5 qualification (or working towards it)
Experience with e-recruitment systems and proficiency with social media and professional networks
