Our Talent Acquisition team brings together Recruiting, Active Sourcing and Employer Branding. Through creative ideas and close collaboration, we build a team that truly connects with and attracts great talent. As a Talent Acquisition Manager with a focus on Active Sourcing (m/f/d), you proactively identify and reach out to potential candidates, including those who may not yet be actively looking for a new opportunity. You craft your own outreach messages, spark interest in ABOUT YOU and SCAYLE and develop innovative strategies to find the right people. You also have the freedom to try new approaches, expand your network and continuously refine your active sourcing methods.

Job Responsibility:

  • Identifying and directly reaching out to candidates via LinkedIn and other channels
  • Conducting interviews to evaluate and engage the right talent
  • Further developing sourcing strategies using new methods and AI approaches
  • Organizing kickoff meetings with hiring teams to refine search profiles
  • Building and maintaining a talent pipeline and providing holistic support to all candidates you source
  • Continuously nurturing and expanding an existing candidate network
  • Coordinating with recruiters and hiring teams to successfully place top talent

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Psychology or a related field
  • A genuine sales mindset and strong enthusiasm for the role of an Active Sourcer
  • At least one year of experience in proactive candidate outreach on LinkedIn and in efficiently handling 10+ open roles
  • Experience in recruitment or personnel services is a plus
  • High drive and a hunter mindset with a passion for finding the “needle in the haystack”
  • Motivation to take our sourcing to the next level
  • Excellent English skills
