Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria
Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks
Identify and onboard good hiring consultants and review existing consultants based on their performance
Create dashboards and HR related reports by building strong presentations for audits and management meetings
Oversee employee onboarding and manage new joiner logistics to ensure a smooth joining experience
Contribute to HR projects related to Management Trainee program, quality of hires, hiring process efficiency etc.
Manage the background verification process end-to-end
Maintain data hygiene and ensure accuracy in HRMS
Support employee engagement activities as and when needed
