As Talent Acquisition Lead, you will be responsible for driving Payhawk’s end-to-end hiring strategy, ensuring we attract, engage, and hire top talent across all functions. You’ll combine hands-on recruiting with leading a global talent team, process creation and optimization, and strong stakeholder partnerships. This is a high-impact role with visibility across the business and the opportunity to shape how Payhawk grows.
Job Responsibility:
Own and execute Payhawk’s talent acquisition strategy aligned with business growth plans
Lead end-to-end hiring for key roles, including leadership and other hard-to-fill positions
Partner closely with C-level executives, hiring managers, and People leadership to forecast hiring needs
Build, scale, and continuously improve recruitment processes, tools, and analytics
Champion a strong candidate experience and employer brand
Use data to track hiring performance, identify bottlenecks, and drive improvements
Coach and support recruiters as the team scales
Requirements:
Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, with experience leading or owning hiring at scale
Strong background hiring across multiple functions and locations (e.g., Product, Engineering, Sales, G&A)
Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing hiring decisions
Data-driven mindset with experience using ATS and recruitment analytics
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
Excellent communication, organization, and prioritization skills
Experience in a high-growth tech or SaaS environment is a strong advantage
