This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced hospitality talent acquisition professional to join a fast-paced, multi-site hospitality business and play a key role in attracting, hiring and developing exceptional talent across the UK. Job Responsibility
Oversee recruitment across key operational leadership and support roles, ensuring a consistent and high-quality hiring approach across all sites
Manage recruitment for General Manager, Head Chef, Assistant General Manager and select support team positions, partnering closely with stakeholders to identify hiring priorities, support internal progression and maintain a strong external talent pipeline
Use recruitment data and insight to improve hiring performance, champion our employer brand and support hiring managers through recruitment training, interview best practice and fair hiring processes
Play a key role in developing talent pipelines for future and hard-to-fill vacancies across our multi-site hospitality operation
Requirements
Proven experience within Talent Acquisition, Recruitment or Talent Partnering roles
Hospitality recruitment experience is essential
Experience recruiting within a multi-site hospitality or operational environment
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels
Confident using recruitment data, KPIs and hiring analytics to drive performance
Experience with direct sourcing, talent pipelines and recruitment systems
Passion for candidate experience, employer branding and inclusive hiring practices
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to work autonomously
