Talent Acquisition Lead role based in Mumbai, supporting US hiring operations. Requires evening/night shift alignment with US time zones.
Job Responsibility:
Support hiring for US-based operations, specifically for New York and Carlsbad locations from India
Focus on non-technical roles such as graders, pre- and post-grading resources, along with some technical hiring
Requirements:
Experience recruiting for the US market while based in India
Strong emphasis on communication and accent clarity
Ability to communicate, influence, and onboard candidates effectively
Target experience: 7–10 years overall
At least 2 - 3 years of team-handling experience
Candidates from GCC setups, IT services, or global delivery models will be more suitable due to existing exposure to international hiring and stakeholder management experience across geographies
Nice to have:
Open to reviewing slightly higher-budget candidates if they come with strong pedigree, relevant US hiring exposure, excellent communication skills
