We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead who enjoys combining hands‑on delivery with strategic thinking, partnering closely with hiring managers and building long‑term talent pipelines across the business.

Job Responsibility:

  • Leading the full recruitment lifecycle across head office and site‑based roles
  • Partnering with senior stakeholders and hiring managers to understand workforce needs
  • Developing and implementing effective talent attraction strategies
  • Managing and improving recruitment processes, systems, and agency relationships
  • Building talent pipelines and employer brand presence
  • Using data and insights to inform hiring decisions and improve outcomes

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Talent Acquisition or internal recruitment, ideally within a fast‑paced environment
  • Confident stakeholder manager with a consultative, commercial approach
  • Strong end‑to‑end recruitment delivery experience
  • Experience using ATS / HRIS systems
  • Passionate about hiring great people and continuously improving processes
