Job Responsibility:
Leading the full recruitment lifecycle across head office and site‑based roles
Partnering with senior stakeholders and hiring managers to understand workforce needs
Developing and implementing effective talent attraction strategies
Managing and improving recruitment processes, systems, and agency relationships
Building talent pipelines and employer brand presence
Using data and insights to inform hiring decisions and improve outcomes
Requirements:
Proven experience in Talent Acquisition or internal recruitment, ideally within a fast‑paced environment
Confident stakeholder manager with a consultative, commercial approach
Strong end‑to‑end recruitment delivery experience
Experience using ATS / HRIS systems
Passionate about hiring great people and continuously improving processes
