Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to lead global recruitment administration and operational delivery for Vodafone markets. Based in VOIS India, Pune, this role holds end-to-end accountability for Talent Acquisition (TA) administrative services, including executive hiring support, youth hiring operations, vetting administration, analytics, and market insights. The individual will act as a subject matter expert for TA operations, partnering closely with Talent Acquisition Heads and senior stakeholders to ensure consistent, compliant, and high-quality recruitment services aligned with local and global requirements.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead a geographically distributed team of Talent Acquisition administration and operations professionals to deliver the organisational TA strategy
  • Oversee Youth Hiring operations across Vodafone European and African markets
  • Drive Executive Hiring operations for Group Leadership roles, ensuring a seamless and inclusive candidate experience
  • Enable Executive Talent Market insights to support succession planning and leadership pipelines
  • Manage vetting administration across multiple markets, coordinating with candidates, TA partners, and external vetting agencies
  • Own end-to-end Talent Acquisition administration for multiple Vodafone markets
  • Support recruitment-related purchase order administration and execution
  • Deliver LinkedIn Talent Insights as a value-added TA service
  • Manage recruitment analytics and reporting, tracking key TA performance metrics
  • Set direction, operating standards, and performance expectations for the team, with full supervisory responsibility
  • Ensure daily service delivery meets agreed KPIs, SLAs, and project milestones
  • Leverage ATS platforms, systems, and data to optimise hiring processes while adhering to Vodafone policies, legal, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

  • Minimum 12+ years' experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources, including at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Proven success in leading recruitment teams to achieve KPIs and business outcomes
  • Hands-on experience with recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and analytics
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • Experience working within a multinational, matrixed organisation is essential
