Job Responsibility

  • Responsible for finding, recruiting, hiring – and retaining – talented candidates
  • Plan, develop, and implement an effective Talent pool plan for Four Seasons Hotel Kyoto, including co-building a strong employer brand
  • Be a part of P&C team, on site, to enhance the engagement with employees, and involve with employee activities

Requirements

  • Proven HR work experience as Manager or similar role
  • Understand and experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Good interpersonal and decision-making skills
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken Japanese and English (business level)
  • Valid Japanese work authorization
  • Fluent in Japanese language
