Job Description:

German-speaking Talent Acquisition Specialist intern to join the People and Organisation Team in Madrid, responsible for recruitment process for German-speaking sales roles in an international fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibility:

Management of recruitment process from A to Z for German-speaking sales roles
Implementation of sourcing strategy
Management of onboarding process
Continuous process improvement
Ensuring great candidate experience

Requirements:

German-speaking (perfectly)
English (good)
Looking for first international experience in HR
Understanding of candidate analysis
Objective-focused
Proactive problem-solving
Team-player with active listening
Creative and innovative
Efficient and organized

Nice to have:

French or Dutch language skills
