Job Description:

As a Talent Acquisition Intern at Catawiki, you'll have a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across the full talent lifecycle. You will work closely with our Talent Management team, supporting our efforts to hire but also develop, and onboard top talent.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead our intern hiring process, including interviewing, managing processes, and extending offers, while collaborating with various departments to identify and attract top talent
  • Support the welcoming of new hires during their first week to ensure a smooth transition

Requirements:

  • In order to be considered for this internship, you need to be registered as a student in a Dutch university during the entire internship period. A tri-party agreement will be requested
  • Strong interest in Talent Acquisition
  • A can-do attitude
  • a desire to work hard and be flexible
  • Detail oriented and data-savvy, able to handle basic reporting and analysis tasks
  • An interest in managing and implementing campus recruitment partnerships and campaigns
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with candidates and internal teams
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office and G Suite
  • HBO / WO student within the field of HRM / Educational Sciences / A&O Psychology/ Marketing/PR (related studies are welcome)

  • Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews (remote & onsite) with hiring teams, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Update and maintain interview tracking spreadsheets to ensure accurate scheduling and candidate status.
  • Assist in maintaining and organizing the Talent Acquisition inbox by responding to inquiries promptly, including interview confirmations, reminders, and follow-up communications.
  • Contribute to the overall candidate experience by maintaining communication, bridging information gaps, and ensuring a smooth transition through each stage in the recruitment process.
  • Assist Recruiters with candidate application management in our Applicant Tracking System, JazzHR, ensuring accurate candidate details and disposition.
  • Conduct market research and stay up to date with new and emerging HR technology.
  • Assist with gathering candidate feedback and identify opportunities to improve the candidate experience and interview process efficiency.
