As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will support the Talent team in achieving its recruitment objectives for a variety of profiles in a 5-6 months internship starting in March. By joining Papernest, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process and providing the best candidate experience! This is an opportunity for you to develop your recruitment skills and understand how a scale-up operates in terms of its medium- and long-term objectives!
Job Responsibility:
Briefing with managers
Managing the publishing of job ads on our various job boards
Screening and selecting CVs
Being the first point of contact for candidates and presenting the most relevant profiles to managers
Monitoring the recruitment process until the offer stage and supporting managers in their decision-making
Optimizing our sourcing to target the best profiles
Communicating with peers in the Corporate and Tech teams
Candidate experience: Optimizing our overall recruitment process
HR projects: Improving our employer brand, participating in relations with schools, etc.
Requirements:
Business school, Bachelor or Master's degree student, specializing in business development or human resources
Dynamic and organized, you know how to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Proactive, you are a good listener and have strong interpersonal skills
Good level of English
Nice to have:
Spanish or Italian
