As part of our Talent Acquisition team, you will be integrated into a results-driven and agile team, providing dedicated support to our Recruitment function.
Job Responsibility
Coordinating and sourcing for candidates in alignment with internal stakeholders' requirements
Conducting initial screening interviews via telephone and in-person, ensuring a professional and consistent candidate experience
Managing the publication of job vacancies across local and international platforms in accordance with company standards
Performing thorough screening and assessment of incoming applications against defined role criteria
Maintaining and updating HR databases to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with data management policies
Representing the organisation at job fairs and other external recruitment events, contributing to employer branding initiatives
Providing general administrative support, including document management, filing, scanning, and reproduction of materials
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a University degree program with a minimum qualification of Bac +3 in Human Resources or a related discipline
Fully proficient in English
knowledge of French and/or German will be regarded as a significant advantage
Demonstrable proficiency in Microsoft Windows and the full MS Office suite
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment
Capable of operating with a high degree of autonomy while maintaining rigorous attention to detail and a strong sense of professional accountability
Nice to have
