Job Description:

6-month, end-of-studies internship to join the HR team and help scale Business operations. The intern will be a true partner in growth, focusing primarily on finding and attracting top profiles for teams in France and internationally.

Job Responsibility:

  • Sourcing & Headhunting (Strong Focus) on platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and specialized job boards
  • Candidate Experience Management: handle the entire recruitment process for assigned roles, from initial screening calls to organizing interviews and gathering feedback
  • Employer Branding & Projects: contribute to projects aimed at improving candidate experience, boosting visibility on social media, and refining recruitment materials and tools
  • Pipeline Generation: achieving weekly and monthly targets for qualified candidates sourced
  • First-Level Screening: conducting engaging and effective initial screening interviews
  • Data & Tracking: maintaining up-to-date and accurate records in Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +5), ideally in Human Resources, Business School, or a related field
  • This is your mandatory end-of-studies internship
  • Proactive, autonomous, and genuinely passionate about understanding people and connecting them with the right opportunities
  • Tenacious, creative in sourcing methods
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Prior experience in recruitment, a scaleup, or using LinkedIn Recruiter is a major plus
