Job Responsibility:
Support the Talent Acquisition team in end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
Assist in job posting across job boards, LinkedIn, and internal platforms
Conduct resume screening and shortlisting based on role requirements
Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate communications, and follow-ups
Support in preparing recruitment materials and internal reports
Maintain and update recruitment trackers and Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks related to recruitment and HR projects
Requirements:
Able to commit for at least 6 months for a full-time internship
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related fields
Creativity, strong attention to detail, solid organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work seamlessly across teams
Skilled in the use of MS Office tools including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Self-Motivated, with a strong work ethic and a sense of confidentiality
