Trustpair is searching for a Talent Acquisition Intern or Apprentice to join our growing People Team! As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll play a key role in supporting Aicha, our Talent Acquisition Manager in scaling Trustpair on a global level. You'll assist her in identifying, engaging, and attracting the best talent, providing you with hands-on experience in recruiting for a scaling B2B SaaS company. Our Talent Acquisition team support all departments and offices (Europe & USA) in their growth. We have huge impact on the business through hiring the right profiles at the right time. As such, this role will provide you with an exciting opportunity work on a number of interesting roles and other talent acquisition related activity!

Job Responsibility:

  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Manager to understand hiring needs across teams
  • Review and screen candidates via ATS, LinkedIn, job boards and other channels
  • Manage selected job postings across dedicated platforms to ensure strong employer brand presence
  • Conduct initial candidate outreach and phone screenings
  • Help coordinate interviews and candidate communication
  • Assist in improving recruitment processes
  • Support employer branding efforts (content, social media, partnerships)
  • Use a data-driven approach when tracking talent acquisition performance, contribute to reporting and KPIs

Requirements:

  • Currently completing a Master's degree (HR, Business, or related field)
  • 1 prior experience in talent acquisition or an HR related role
  • Passionate about recruitment and building great teams, comfortable collaborating with different stakeholders effectively
  • Fluency in English
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Uses data to make informed decisions and understands the importance of analysis
  • Familiar with LinkedIn, and ideally ATS tools like Teamtailor
  • Team player with a growth mindset and a positive attitude
  • Strong interest to leverage AI technologies to drive significant impact
