This role exists to shape and accelerate innovation across Global Talent Acquisition, transforming how Unilever attracts, assesses, and hires talent at scale. You will identify opportunities, test emerging technologies, and turn successful ideas into scalable solutions—improving hiring quality, speed, efficiency, and experience globally.
Job Responsibility:
Support the Global Talent Acquisition Innovation agenda by identifying opportunities where technology, data, and AI can improve hiring outcomes and experiences
Stay close to emerging trends, vendors, and digital solutions across the recruitment and HR technology landscape
Lead proof of concepts and pilots end to end, from problem framing and solution design through testing, evaluation, and deployment
Apply a product mindset to innovation, balancing user experience, value creation, scalability, compliance, and cost
Partner closely with HR, Talent, Global Process Owners, and cross functional teams to ensure innovation aligns to business priorities
Build strong external relationships with technology partners, start ups, innovation networks, and industry peers
Define clear success criteria and use data and analytics to measure impact and inform decision making
Act as a visible ambassador for innovation within the Talent Acquisition community, building capability, curiosity, and continuous improvement mindsets
Requirements:
Strong curiosity about how technology and AI can improve recruitment and talent decisions
Experience working within Talent Acquisition (e.g., recruiting, sourcing, or TA operations)
Solid understanding of recruitment technology ecosystems (ATS, CRM, sourcing channels)
Comfortable operating in complex, global, matrixed organisations
Strong communication, influencing and storytelling skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
Nice to have:
Experience applying human centred design or product thinking
Exposure to recruitment operations or service delivery models
Experience working with external vendors, start ups and/or innovation partnerships
Track record of delivering technology change, pilots, or process redesigns
