Talent Acquisition Executive

• Managing the entire recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling for potential candidates, while considering the business impact and priority
• Source and identify qualified candidates using various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and other creative sourcing techniques
• Review resumes and conduct initial phone screens to determine candidate fit
• Coordinate and conduct interviews with hiring managers and other team members
• Manage the interview process and ensure a positive candidate experience
• Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
• Negotiate and extend job offers to selected candidates
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers and executive leadership
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system
• Analyse and report on recruitment metrics and develop recommendations for improvement
• Assist with onboarding new employees, planning and coordinating various induction sessions
• Establishing a good rapport with new joiners while also supporting and engaging them into post onboarding activities
• Ensure the company culture and values are represented throughout the resourcing process.

Ideally would have good experience of working within an IT organisation, and with experience of working for a multi-national Company.
