We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment processes. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, expertise in recruitment tools, and the ability to manage multiple requirements within tight timelines.
Job Responsibility:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for various roles
Source candidates using platforms like Cutshort, Instahyre, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Naukri
Apply Boolean search techniques and source passive candidates effectively
Screen profiles, coordinate interviews, and manage offer follow-ups
Work on multiple requirements simultaneously while meeting strict TATs
Ensure smooth candidate experience and maintain strong stakeholder communication
Mandatory: 1 Round Face-to-Face interview
Requirements:
1–3 years in recruitment (IT/Non-IT preferred)
Strong sourcing and screening skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Hands-on experience with recruitment tools and platforms
Immediate joiners preferred (or within 15 days)
Nice to have:
Experience working with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)
Knowledge of market mapping and competitor analysis
Familiarity with bulk hiring and niche skill hiring
Strong negotiation skills and ability to close offers quickly
