Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment processes. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, expertise in recruitment tools, and the ability to manage multiple requirements within tight timelines.

Job Responsibility

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for various roles
  • Source candidates using platforms like Cutshort, Instahyre, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Naukri
  • Apply Boolean search techniques and source passive candidates effectively
  • Screen profiles, coordinate interviews, and manage offer follow-ups
  • Work on multiple requirements simultaneously while meeting strict TATs
  • Ensure smooth candidate experience and maintain strong stakeholder communication
  • Mandatory: 1 Round Face-to-Face interview

Requirements

  • 1–3 years in recruitment (IT/Non-IT preferred)
  • Strong sourcing and screening skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Hands-on experience with recruitment tools and platforms
  • Immediate joiners preferred (or within 15 days)

Nice to have

  • Experience working with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)
  • Knowledge of market mapping and competitor analysis
  • Familiarity with bulk hiring and niche skill hiring
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to close offers quickly
  • Exposure to employer branding initiatives
