The Talent Acquisition Director is responsible for leading talent acquisition strategy, workforce planning, and executive-level recruitment. This role requires a blend of strategic leadership and hands-on execution, managing both high-level TA initiatives and ownership of critical executive requisitions. The Director will oversee TA managers, optimize Workday functionality, and partner with business leaders to ensure staffing needs are met efficiently and effectively.
Job Responsibility:
Lead and develop a team of two Talent Acquisition Managers, ensuring high performance and operational excellence
Design and execute comprehensive talent acquisition and workforce planning strategies
Manage executive-level requisitions and ensure timely recruitment outcomes
Optimize Workday systems for automation, reporting, and streamlined TA processes
Partner with business leaders to forecast workforce needs and develop proactive talent pipelines
Analyze TA metrics and KPIs to identify trends and implement process improvements
Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and organizational standards
Support strategic HR initiatives related to talent acquisition and workforce planning
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
5+ years of progressive TA experience on an enterprise level, including leadership responsibilities
Experience blending strategic and operational responsibilities, including executive recruiting
Expertise in Workday, workforce planning, and TA process optimization
Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
