Our client is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Director to lead strategic human resources initiatives and drive operational excellence within our organization. Based in The Woodlands, Texas, this leadership role will oversee workforce planning, talent acquisition, and employee engagement strategies to foster a high-performing and inclusive workplace. The ideal Talent Acquisition Director will have a proven track record of managing complex HR Talent Acquisition functions and collaborating with executive leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and implement strategic workforce planning initiatives to optimize organizational design and talent management
Provide leadership and oversight for the Talent Acquisition team, ensuring efficient recruitment processes and enhancing employer branding
Create and maintain HR policies and governance frameworks to ensure compliance with labor laws and internal standards
Analyze market trends and HR analytics to deliver actionable insights on workforce health and turnover rates
Drive employee engagement initiatives to improve retention, morale, and overall company culture
Manage executive compensation programs, including equity and long-term incentive plans, in collaboration with consultants
Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team to foster collaboration and growth with attention to detail
Oversee HR operations, ensuring consistent and high-quality service delivery across departments
Prepare HR-related reports and presentations for Board of Directors meetings and Compensation Committee reviews
Monitor and manage the HR departmental budget to ensure cost-effective operations
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Master’s degree preferred
Minimum of 15 years of progressive HR leadership experience, with at least 5 years in senior roles
Demonstrated expertise in workforce planning, talent acquisition, and employee engagement
Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local labor laws and compliance requirements
Proficiency in HR analytics and data-driven decision-making
Experience in managing executive compensation programs and total rewards strategies
Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing HR teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively at all organizational
