Job Description:

As a key member of the Talent Acquisition team, the Talent Acquisition Data Analyst plays a pivotal role in enhancing recruitment effectiveness through data integrity, analytics, and reporting. This role supports the optimisation of recruitment systems and processes by delivering actionable insights and maintaining high standards of data accuracy. The Analyst is responsible for conducting system audits, analysing recruitment metrics, and creating dashboards and reports that inform strategic decisions. Partnering closely with HR teams, recruitment leads, and system administrators, this role ensures that data is reliable, accessible, and used to drive continuous improvement.

Job Responsibility:

  • Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance within recruitment platforms
  • Monitor and troubleshoot data quality issues, resolving discrepancies with system support
  • Analyse recruitment KPIs and trends to provide insights on hiring performance, pipeline health, and time-to-fill metrics
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for Talent Acquisition teams and leadership
  • Prepare and deliver presentations summarising analytics and recommendations
  • Partner with HR and recruitment teams to identify data needs and develop custom visualisations
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and proposing data-driven solutions
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of data analytics best practices
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy policies and confidentiality requirements
  • Maintain and treat confidential information with absolute discretion
  • Provide timely updates and information to stakeholders
  • Attend relevant meetings to stay aligned with recruitment objectives
  • Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Tertiary education in Data Analytics, Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR environments, with a focus on data analysis
  • Experience with ATS, HRIS, or recruitment analytics platforms
  • Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, and Excel
  • Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail and commitment to data integrity
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
  • Collaborative team player with cross-functional working ability
  • Self-motivated with a continuous improvement mindset
