As the Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will play a critical role on the Talent Acquisition team, providing coordination and support throughout the recruiting life cycle. You will manage and drive essential activities that keep candidates and leaders engaged and informed while ensuring the Recruiter stays connected on all the moving parts of the process to ensure a positive candidate and hiring leader experience.
Job Responsibility:
Managing candidate correspondence, scheduling interviews, and managing data entry
Assist in the coordination and execution of recruitment advertising/marketing
Maintain sensitive information in the strictest confidence in all business matters
Supporting special projects across the team including high volume and critical recruiting initiatives
Requirements:
1 or more years of experience working fulltime in a client/customer support role
1 or more years of experience using Microsoft Outlook calendar and e-mail correspondence
High School Diploma required
equivalent work experience may substitute
Nice to have:
Prior experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
1 or more years of experience working in a Human Resources function
