Job Description:
Key Responsibilities: Interview Coordination & Scheduling, Manage end-to-end interview scheduling across multiple time zones, Coordinate with candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels to ensure smooth scheduling, Handle rescheduling, cancellations, and last-minute changes efficiently. Candidate Experience: Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, Ensure timely communication and a positive candidate experience, Provide interview details, logistics, and follow-ups. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR teams, Ensure alignment on interview timelines and hiring priorities, Maintain strong communication across cross-functional teams. Recruitment Operations Support: Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS), Track interview feedback and ensure timely closure of feedback loops, Generate recruitment reports and dashboards as needed. Process Optimization: Identify gaps in scheduling and coordination workflows, Suggest and implement improvements to enhance efficiency, Support automation and process standardization initiatives. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, 2–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition coordination, recruitment operations, or similar roles, Strong understanding of the end-to-end Talent Acquisition lifecycle, Proven experience in high-volume interview scheduling and coordination. Key Skills & Competencies: Excellent organizational and time management skills, Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, High attention to detail and accuracy, Proficiency with ATS tools (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, etc.), Comfortable working across different time zones, Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a fast-paced or high-growth organization, Familiarity with recruitment metrics and reporting, Exposure to employer branding or candidate engagement initiatives.
