Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support a fast-paced recruiting team. This role plays a key part in delivering a seamless candidate and hiring manager experience while supporting the full recruiting lifecycle.
Job Responsibility:
Support the recruiting process including scheduling, onboarding, and candidate communication
Process new hires, rehires, and internal changes within HR systems
Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR to ensure a smooth hiring experience
Coordinate hiring events, including logistics, communications, and follow-up
Provide sourcing support using job boards and recruiting platforms
Maintain and update candidate data in ATS and HRIS systems
Assist with reporting and tracking recruiting metrics
Manage inboxes, inquiries, and general administrative support for the TA team
Coordinate travel and logistics for candidates and internal teams as needed
Requirements:
3+ years of administrative, recruiting, or HR support experience
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication and customer service skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in Workday and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
