Job Responsibility

Recruitment support (early stages): Support the Talent Acquisition and Development Manager by owning key early-stage recruitment tasks for assigned roles
Posting new roles: Post and manage engaging job descriptions via our Applicant Tracking System
Candidate shortlisting and sourcing: Perform initial CV reviews and shortlist direct applications. Conduct proactive candidate searches, primarily on LinkedIn Recruiter, with guidance from the Talent Acquisition and Development Manager
Virtual screening: Conduct early-stage screening interviews via Google Meet and review one-way video interviews, to help identify high-calibre candidates for the next interview stage
Interview scheduling and coordination: Manage scheduling for multiple interviews, acting as the primary point of contact for candidates and internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless experience
Candidate experience and pipeline management: Manage the candidate pipeline within the Applicant Tracking System, ensuring all candidates receive timely communication and a positive, engaging experience from initial contact through all stages of the hiring process
Proactive talent pipelining: Help build and nurture a talent pipeline for future roles by conducting market mapping and candidate outreach, guided by the Talent Acquisition and Development Manager
System administration: Maintain the Applicant Tracking System with accuracy, ensuring compliance and clean data for reporting and analytics
