Oak Street Health is seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our People Experience (HR) Team. This role is pivotal in supporting the Talent Acquisition team by facilitating the recruitment process for candidates. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will be responsible for a variety of tasks that ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process. This includes posting job openings on various job boards, coordinating candidate travel arrangements, creating offer letters, conducting background checks, and ensuring that all pre-employment requirements are met. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of Human Resources and will be adept at managing general administrative responsibilities. This position requires an individual who can work autonomously and efficiently, ensuring the seamless execution of HR projects and operations.
Job Responsibility:
Serve as a resource for recruitment policies, procedures, and practices to supervisors, HR staff, and others
Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events, etc., and maintain the team's agenda
Assist candidates with onboarding documentation and information
Assist candidates with background checks and pre-employment screening processes
Organize referral bonus requests
Create job advertisements on recruiting platforms
Complete new hire education and license verification
Assist with organizing and uploading candidate information on internal database
Prepare reports on recruitment activity and new hire metrics
Communicate updates to candidates throughout the onboarding process
Assist with Talent Acquisition projects as needed
Assist with recruiting as needed
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a Human Resource, Talent Acquisition, or Recruiter in a corporate environment
Associate's Degree or Higher from an accredited college or university
Excellent organizational, verbal, and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience working in fast-paced environments
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
Experience using Jobvite applicant tracking system preferred
US work authorization
Nice to have:
Experience in a healthcare environment
Familiarity with diversity and inclusion practices in recruitment
